Fruit Helps Eyes Stay Healthy

Scientists have found that people who ate at least three daily servings of fruit had a 36 percent lower risk of developing age-related macular degeneration (AMD) than people who ate fewer than 1.5 servings a day.

This AMD thingy can lead to blindness in old people... yayaya according to the report, previous studies have shown association of antioxidants with AMD... *suddenly rem my antioxidant n kale* :'( but recent studies had shown lil association... dunno hoh... it has some relation with the vitamins... wat exactly brought about the effect to delay AMD is unknown... if you are interested, can research on it lar... hahaha :p

So, ppl take care of ur eyes... eat more fruits~ =)
